How long has Mingyur Rinpoche been teaching meditation?
Mingyur Rinpoche, a Tibetan meditation master, has been teaching meditation for over 25 years. He was born in 1975 in Nepal and was recognized as the reincarnation of a great meditation master at the age of nine. From a young age, Mingyur Rinpoche was trained in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and began teaching meditation at the age of seventeen.
